Shiawassee Mobile ART for Seniors Program (SMARTS)
The Shiawassee Mobile ART for Seniors Program (SMARTS), is happening every week at the Owosso Senior Center and the Shiawassee Arts Center, and every other week at the Durand and Morrice Senior Centers! All Shiawassee County seniors 60 years and older are invited to participate! Come to one class or all --- each week is a different project --- learn something new and have fun doing it --- no experience necessary!
